Timpack has been operating for over 30 years and has grown into one of the largest pallet manufacturers in New Zealand, with seven sites throughout the country, 150 permanent staff and a proud history of achieving many notable firsts in New Zealand pallet industry.
Wave were approached to help Timpack capture, articulate and communicate their brand story and create a new brand identity. Qualitative research uncovered valuable brand insights. We found that the humble pallet touches nearly every product we consume at some point in its life and there’s no such thing as the ‘standard pallet’. Timpack produces hundreds of SKU’s with almost every customer having a bespoke design.
